This right here my friends and foes is the best part of the
relationship. The part where you wonder allllll the time when he might
call and reasons why he might not (like because you are crazy and he
hates you) and then you get this magical feeling and all of the sudden
the phone rings. Then you pick it up and have a lovely conversation
about spending time with the family and getting speeding tickets and
then your phone explodes and refuses to make outgoing calls or receive
incoming ones. Then you are resigned to watching re-runs of "True Life
in the ER" on The Learning Channel complete with the most terrible
re-enactments EVER, which by the way you have already watched twice
Then at 1:16AM you decide to try and make a call and it works but by
this time you are unsure if it might my too late to call this hot boy
back and say "sorry dude my phone was having a moment that lasted two
hours". Next you decide no, you will wait to call until tomorrow and
then you will continue to watch The Learning Channel and maybe the
History Channel if anything good is on. Then you proceed to get super
angry that you cannot fall asleep despite the fact that the magical
hour of 6am is quickly approaching and this is when you try sleeping
on the other side of the bed, the one reserved for guests, and it
works and next thing you know you are waking up and deciding that you
will call your cellular service provider and make them privy to the
fact that they have destroyed your love life and therefore should pay
your bill for the next three or so months.
Hopefully I will regain some portion of my sanity once this whole
final examination thing gets over with. Probably not.
