Things I've learned from online dating.

Words I hate to hear on a date, unless you are talking about my dog or fluffy bunnies, include cute and adorable. I do not want to be those things.

If you want me to call you back, like ever, then please do not confess your insecurities and physical flaws after two drinks. Chances are that I wouldn't ever notice these things but now that you've so ungraciously admitted to them, I will never be able to think of you without thinking of your shortcomings.

Please do not be shocked by the fact that I say I am 5'9" and when I show up, I am actually 5'9". I do not include a 2" vanity buffer like most men seem to.

Under no circumstance should you inquire after my dating history, you really do not want to know. If I tell you the truth you will either feel very poor or you will think I am a gold digger, which I am not.

And now, vacation photographs!

What a cute and adorable post! Um, I mean, wow, that post was really tall.

Next vacation, come visit Toronto.

Men give a 2 inch height buffer?

That's why I get the "Wow. You really are 6'4"."

About Me

I like run-on sentences and also syntax based loosely on the approved constructs of grammar.
