Almost every day I would faithfully return to madpony.com in the anticipation of just a few sentences of wisdom. I didn't care if it was about shoes or sororities. Words well written are just that. Besides, smart girls can obsess over hand bags and nail polish without feeling like they're wasting their talent and time, at least it should be that way. Word has it that madpony sr. got tired of all of it. I guess I can understand this because at times I too get discouraged about a lot of things. But this is all besides the point, the world wide web is a much more dreary place without the wit of the pony's. So I'll take just a moment to remember all that it was and mourn over the loss of talent and inspiration for many. Hopefully (fingers crossed once, not twice) they'll resurface some day.

You must understand that my list of "must reads" is dwindling. Elisha of pithy.org is touring Europe. I fear that she might direct her attention elsewhere, though I would not blame her. Nude Twister used to be a good laugh,but things aren't looking promising as far as updating go. I suppose people change and their priorities shift which is why I'm thankful for people like Amanda who tell good stories and keep me entertained.
